All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the final price.

4. Payment

All purchases are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

An order is only confirmed after successful Razorpay payment verification. If payment fails, no order is created.

5. Order Completion

Your order is complete and binding once you receive an order confirmation email with an order ID. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept our Refund & Return Policy (all sales are final).

6. Shipping

We ship within India only. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Victor Scotland® brand name, VS monogram logo, product names, descriptions, and images, are the intellectual property of Victor Scotland® and may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Victor Scotland® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
